FOUNDATIONS
Build your confidence.
Designed for beginners, those returning to movement, or anyone wanting to revisit the basics. Foundations focuses on Pilates principles, technique and body awareness, giving you the confidence to move well in every class.
ESSENTIALS
Pilates for every body.
Our signature all-levels class. Essentials combines strength, mobility, balance and control in a full-body workout, with options and progressions so everyone can work at a level that’s right for them. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have years of experience, you’ll leave feeling stronger, longer and more connected.
STRONG
Strength with purpose.
A Pilates-inspired strength class on the Reformer, with a greater emphasis on resistance training. Build muscle, improve bone density and develop functional strength through controlled movement, with options available for every stage of your journey.
STRETCH+
Move with more freedom.
A slower-paced class focused on flexibility, mobility and recovery. Release tension, improve your range of motion and give your body the time it needs to restore and reset.
